Narraguagus Art students displayed their work at the Schooner Gallery in Milbridge for the 8th annual show. Teacher Michele Birkenshaw coordinated the display efforts and spent countless hours working with students to create a phenomenal display. Students from the Senior Capstone, Honors, and Advanced Art classes displayed work created from this year that blew away the attendees of this year's exhibit opening. The reception was also catered by the students, who brought snacks to enjoy, including cookies decorated like famous paintings by Hannah Roeber. Congratulations to Mrs. Birkenshaw and her talented art students on a very successful opening and exhibit!
For anyone who wasn't able to make the opening reception, the work will be displayed until June 5th at the Schooner Gallery in Milbridge. The gallery is open Monday through Friday, 8-4 and Saturday by appointment.
