The 1st PTSG Meeting will be this Thursday September 23rd at 6 PM via zoom.

The agenda is still being worked on but the 1st agenda item will be election of PTSG officers: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasure. Nominations will be accepted at the meeting and then there will be a vote by position. We can discuss voting on the zoom call prior to voting 😁 Official position descriptions are available if you would like to read them but here is a quick overview:
Chair - Works with Mrs. Day to develop meeting agendas, is responsible for creating the meeting agenda and leading the meetings, oversee projects/activities for both teachers and students with assistance from members of the PTSG.
Vice Chair - assists the Chair with needed projects or tasks and will be the back up for the Chair if the Chair is unavailable for meetings
Secretary - to take notes at the meetings and publish them to our PTSG Facebook page and other places if needed.
Treasure - to record all incoming money raised from fundraisers or donations, accept requests for reimbursement from individual for any approved purchases by group members for activities or teacher needs, and to work closely with the district Accountant at the Superintendent's office as this is where all funds will be deposited and recorded.
