Dear Parents/Guardians:
November 16 and 17 will be early release days with dismissal at 11:30. Lunch will be served both days and teacher conferences will be held on November 16 for Pre-K to Grade 6. On Friday, November 17, there will be additional appointments for Grades 4, 5, 6 only. This time is to discuss your child’s academic progress. Staff from Title 1, Special Services, and ESOL will also be available to meet, as needed, if your child accesses these services.
Please return the sign-up form to your child’s teacher as soon as possible. We will try to schedule your conference time as close to your preferred times on a first come, first serve basis. If you have more than one child, we will try to coordinate similar conference times.
We are pleased to offer conferences in-person; however, if you prefer a phone call, please indicate that below. The number used to call for conferences may come up as Potential Spam due to our calling program so please be mindful of the scheduled time.
