Dear Parents/Guardians:
We have received numerous phone calls regarding student transportation for the end of the day. Please have a plan in place for your child before school and communicate it with your child. We understand plans may need to change or emergencies arise so in this case, please call the office before 1:00 whenever possible. Last-minute calls are difficult to accommodate and sometimes confusing for your child.
For the safety of your child and to avoid confusion, please include the following on ALL notes regarding bus transportation:
· Student First & Last Name
· Destination
· Address of Destination (especially if a new drop off location or not done often)
· Parent/Guardian Signature
A template has been included for reference, feel free to make additional copies as needed.
