From the transportation department:
There will be no Jon’s AM / PM bus this week 10/17-10/21 Ronie will double up for AM/PM for Jon’s bus. In the PM students will need to get on Buddy’s bus at NHS and Transfer to Ronie‘s bus at HES.
Monday PM 10/17 There will be no Bruce’s bus. Tim’s bus will double up for Bruce’s bus. Tim will start in place of Bruce at DWM. Tim’s Students at NHS will need to get on Buddy’s bus, Transfer to Ronie ‘s bus at HES . Ronie will transfer students to Tim at CTE.
Please expect delays. We urge parents to help with self transport when possible. 
No Ronie’s bus 10/12 - 10/14. Jon’s bus will double up for Ronie’s bus both a.m. and p.m. Expect delays.

The student council will be having an ice cream sale on Friday, Sept. 30 at noon recess. All ice creams will be sold for $1.00 and all proceeds will benefit the school library!
Update from the transportation director -
Good news....As of right now, on Monday Sept. 26, we will have ALL regular drivers back behind the wheel! All bus routes should be back to normal. Please help spread the word.
Our lobster needs a name! Fill out a red slip at DWM with your name suggestion on one side and your name on the other! Only one suggestion per person! Stay tuned, the lobster’s name will be announced tomorrow afternoon!
Due to the weather, the cross country meet scheduled for today has been cancelled. (9-22-22)

Submitted by the Transportation Department: Just a friendly reminder: Parents/Guardians PLEASE...expect delays and be EXTRA patient and understanding with spare drivers that are trying their best to fill the shoes of the regular driver who isn't driving for one reason or another. Take the time to write specific instructions on a note (especially if your child is pre-k or kindergarten age). A note that says "Johnny is going to Grammie's" makes no sense to a spare driver. Instead please write something like "Johnny Smith is going to Grammie's house at 555 West Street." Talk to your children. Ask them to HELP the new driver. Your help, patience and kindness is greatly appreciated. Spread the word. Thanks in advance.
Due to the weather, soccer and cross country practices at DWM have been cancelled for today. (Tues., Sept. 20)
DWM: A message from the transportation department: Due to unforseen circumstances, there will be NO Darlene's AM bus on Tuesday Sept 20.
Just a reminder from the transportation department...there is NO PM Tim's bus today, Monday. Bruce will do his regular run and return to DWM at 3:45pm to pick up Tim's students.

Notice from the transportation department: There will be NO Tim's AM bus for DWM September 15 and 16. Bruce will drive his regular route and then continue on to Tim's route. He will travel over the following roads (listed in order) starting at 7:40AM. Station Road, Pea Ridge, Saco Road, a portion of Tibbettstown Road, Meeting House Road, Columbia Cross Road, and back to Station Road.
Notice from the transportation department: There will be a PM double up Sept 14, 15, and 16 for DWM. NO Tim's bus. Bruce will depart DWM at 2:30 with his regular run and return to DWM at approximately 3:45 to transport Tim's students to their homes.
