Invitation to Bid--Snowplowing at CTE site
MSAD #37 is now accepting bids for snowplowing at the Downeast Maine CTE Collaborative (formerly the Columbia Supermarket) for the period from October 31, 2019 through August 31, 2021.
Bid forms are available at the Superintendent’s Office, 1020 Sacarap Road, Harrington ME 04643, telephone: 483-2734, or e-mail dfickett@msad37.org.
Sealed bids clearly marked with “Bid-CTE Snowplowing” are due in the superintendent’s office by noon on Monday, October 28, 2019, at which time they will be opened. Bids will be awarded at the October 30, 2019 Board of Directors’ meeting at DW Merritt Elementary School, Addison, Maine. For information or questions, call 483-2734.
MSAD #37 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any or all technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it deems in its best interest. Bids will be awarded on the basis of quality, reputation, local economic impact (if any), and amount.
